To little to late for Roy Hodgson, as Kenny Dalglish is waiting in the shadows

Before Saturdays game against Bolton, most medias claimed, that Roy Hodgson had to win, or face the sack.
Fortunately the decision has allready been made, with Kenny Dalglish ready to take over. It is understood that Kenny Dalglish has offered to take the role as caretaker manager.
The owners however are uncertain, and may want to wait until this coming summer before replacing the manager. They are keen to make the right decision concerning a new manager, and are discussing if they should replace Roy Hodgson with Kenny Dalglish in a role as a caretaker manager. The main concern being, which role Kenny Dalglish should have after the spell as caretaker manager. They are concerned that a new manager, will be in the shadow of Kenny Dalglish due to his status at Liverpool.

New rumour claim that german coach Ralf Rangnick is a possible solution. Rangnich has been in charge of german outfit Hoffenheim, taken them from the lower divisions, to the german Bundesliga. Ralf Rangnick is free on the market, after seperating with Hoffenheim, after a fall out after Hoffemheim decided to sell midfield star Luiz Gustavo.
There is no doubt that Herr Rangnick is interesting, but his results are largely based on a heavy transfer budget, being able to buy a good team, and not so much developing a good team.
